The facts in the Data Points column are incorrect. When no coverage is offered it is a $3,000/ year penalty on all employees minus the first 30. When coverage is offered, but it is unaffordable (above 9.5% of an employee's household income), AND the person purchases subsidized coverage on the exchange the penalty is $2,000 per subsidized employee.
